Adapted from Camille Beaurain's testimony, "Tu m'as laissée en vie" (You Left Me Alive), the show depicts the life of a farm with poetry and realism.<div> Tout contre la terre alternates between comedy and drama, lyricism and everyday scenes to evoke the condition of the peasant world today.</div><div><br></div><div> Camille was 15 when she met Augustin, who was 22. Years passed, their love remained, and the young woman soon joined the family farm.</div><div><br></div><div> She then discovers the harshness of the profession and the growing difficulties faced by farmers: incessant work, debts, administrative constraints... So many trials that weaken the balance of the couple.</div><div><br></div><div> Through their story, the play paints a sensitive portrait of a world often misunderstood, where love and solidarity become forces to keep moving forward.</div>
