In 1989, she graduated at the top of her class, receiving awards for excellence in piano, composition, and chamber music. Upon graduation, her talent propelled her toward a promising career as a young soloist. At the initiative of the major Japanese daily newspaper Asahi, she was immediately invited to perform as a soloist with the Hiroshima Philharmonic Orchestra on several international tours. She thus embarked on an international career.</div><div><br></div><div> Out of love for French music, she moved to Paris in 1989 to perfect her musical art. Just one year later, she graduated with highest honors from the École Normale de Musique de Paris, earning the Diplôme Supérieur in piano with unanimous jury approval. Mr. Pierre Petit, director of the École Normale de Musique de Paris, was so impressed by her talent and interpretations that he spontaneously decided to organize a series of concerts for her, including a recital in Poitiers. Miho Nitta also won first prize in chamber music at the Conservatoire National de Région de Boulogne-Billancourt, as well as the Diplôme Supérieur de Concertiste from the Schola Cantorum. Since 1999, she has regularly given Chopin recitals at the Église Saint-Julien-le-Pauvre in Paris. In 1990, she was also a laureate of the "Les Grands Maîtres Français" international piano competition, receiving her prize at the Salle Gaveau. Since then, she has pursued a particularly active career as a soloist and chamber musician. She continues to win numerous prizes: the Janine Prize at the Paris International Competition "Guilde Française" in 1991, and the Pierre Lantier International Interpretation Competition in 1995. She was a laureate of the "Citta di Senigallia" International Competition in Italy in 1996. That same year, she also won the Val de Seine Chamber Music Competition, receiving the jury's highest honors. Miho Nitta is also a laureate of the CZIFFRA Foundation, for which she performs concerts annually. Having won a large number of prizes and distinctions, she now performs as a soloist in France and abroad. In Paris, she recently gave a recital at the Salle Gaveau.</div><div><br></div><div> Miho Nitta's discography currently comprises three CDs. A classical musician and pianist in the broadest sense, she has composed a variety of works, including pieces inspired by Japanese folk music. Her artistic range offers exceptional and rare musical moments.</div>
