A sensory journey into the heart of a shared ritual.<div> Mussum is an immersive experience where dance and live music plunge the spectator into the heart of a contemporary ritual inspired by Gnawa tradition. On an intimate, circular stage, a Franco-Moroccan team of six dancers and two musicians share the same space. Driven by the pulse of the taqbal, the voice of maalem Nabil Sansi, and the sound textures of Patrick de Oliveira, the bodies awaken, search for one another, and then engage in an increasingly intense dance.</div><div><br></div><div> Between trance, breath and vibration, Mussum offers a sensory journey where the boundary between stage and audience disappears, to bring forth a common, living and shared space.</div><div><br></div><div> After the incandescent show Le Grand Bal, hosted at the Théâtre de Sartrouville, Souhail Marchiche and Mehdi Meghari have created a vibrant choreography, open to the world and profoundly contemporary.</div><div><br></div>
