Please arrive at this time so we can guarantee you priority access to the elevators and therefore your seat at the restaurant. HOW TO GET TO THE FORECOURT At the foot of the Eiffel Tower, go to Entrance 1 with your booking confirmation and join the queue for the Brasserie. This queue will be marked with specific signage. For security reasons, bags will be checked. COLLECTING YOUR ELEVATOR TICKET To reach the first floor, you must first go to the Madame Brasserie reception desk located on the forecourt to collect your elevator ticket. Remember: by scanning the QR code displayed at Reception, you can play our mystery game, a treasure hunt that will guide you to Madame Brasserie. TAKING THE ELEVATOR The Receptionist will tell you which elevator to take to reach the first floor. A dedicated queue for the brewery is available for each climb. All you have to do is start our Mystery Game and head to the restaurant.
