Description

Chorus & Orchestra of the Royal Opera conducted by Chloé de Guillebon.<div> The orchestra and choir of the Royal Opera of Versailles will perform two of the most emblematic works of the Western choral repertoire.</div><div> Vivaldi's Gloria and Handel's Dixit Dominus are the absolute pinnacles of these two musical forms, yet they are often under-performed. Programming them together is in itself an original element and makes this evening a concert with two distinct voices, which represents a real challenge for the musicians. The talented Chloé de Guillebon, a specialist in the Baroque repertoire, will conduct the ensemble, alongside soloists from the Royal Opera Academy.</div>
