On stage, each person pays tribute to a loved one, a living person, so that we no longer have to wait for the funeral to say what we feel.<div> "For the Living" features six amateurs and an actress, dancer and circus performer who pay tribute.</div><div><br></div><div> When a loved one dies, we recite poems, hum songs, and give speeches; as if death brings art back into our lives. But what if we no longer waited for the death of our loved ones to dedicate these art forms to them, what if we finally gave ourselves the opportunity to address our messages to the living? Through a structured process, each participant was able to create their own artistic expression and dedicate it to a loved one. Together, they celebrate life while it lasts, singing of the living while they still live. Filled with video performances, songs, dances, texts, and visual art forms and creations, this multifaceted performance unfolds like a ritual, a space where the creative power of each individual is celebrated.</div><div><br></div>
