Concert offered in partnership with Les Heures Musicales de Taverny, as part of the 44th Festival de l'Automne Musical de Taverny.<div> Born in Italy at the turn of the 17th century, lyric art brings together music, theatre and emotion to give birth to opera. From mythological tales to dramas inspired by life and literature, it has constantly explored human passions.</div><div> A major figure in the genre, Giuseppe Verdi profoundly marked the history of opera through the richness of his writing and the intensity of his vocal ensembles.</div><div><br></div><div> For this concert, three exceptional soloists, accompanied by the Ensemble Les Virtuoses, offer a journey through some of the greatest arias and ensembles in the repertoire, from Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart to Verdi, via Gaetano Donizetti and Georges Bizet, offering a voyage to the heart of lyrical emotion.</div>
