Except that he... hated music.</div><div><br></div><div> It is also the story of an authoritarian and grumpy king who discovers Swing and love!</div><div><br></div><div> Two irresistible musical tales, works by Mathieu Laine and Karol Beffa, performed on stage by very great artists.</div><div><br></div><div> Croq'Music Sundays</div><div> An innovation of the 2026-2027 season dedicated to younger people, the Croq'Musique Sundays are the result of a collaboration between the École Normale de Musique de Paris and the association En rythme avec Croq'Musique.</div><div><br></div><div> Led by violinist and educator Solesne Loy, these Sundays, six during the season, will take the form of a series of thematic workshops allowing children aged 3 to 12 to discover classical music in small groups in a participatory, playful and concrete way, based on listening, playing, manipulating, singing and movement.</div><div><br></div><div> At the close of each of these days, a concert specially designed for children and open to all will be an opportunity to hear renowned artists, including composer Karol Beffa and cellist Edgar Moreau, but also to take to the stage of the Salle Cortot for the budding young musicians who will have participated in the day's workshops!</div><div><br></div><div> 10:30-11:15: (3-5 years old) Workshop</div><div><br></div><div> "Let's discover the instruments of the orchestra"</div><div><br></div><div> 11:30am-12:30pm: (6-12 years old) Workshop "The major instrument families"</div><div><br></div><div> 2:30-3:15 pm: (Ages 3-5) "Let's Play!"
