They live, or rather survive, on the margins of consumer society, which they consider evil. First there is Ach the One-Eyed nicknamed "the musician" and his protégé Junior "the simpleton", and then Mama, the only woman, Haroun who endlessly and aimlessly digs in the sand, Bliss who spends his days raising dogs and avoids all contact with his fellow humans; and finally Pipo, the Pasha's boyfriend, the true leader of the place, around whom revolves a whole court of characters as obscure as they are disturbing.</div><div> The adaptation of Yasmina Khadra's novel takes the viewer by surprise, offering them a kind of philosophical fable, a modern tale, drawing them into a whirlwind of emotions.</div><div><br></div>
