For me it's the smell of basil, for you it's your grandfather's cologne or a song by the Backstreet Boys.<br><br> These are things that remind us of the child we once were. And they are all different.<br><br> We don't share the same frame of reference. We're strangers. But as surprising as that may seem to you, tonight, for the duration of a show.<br><br> You will see that I am you and you are me.<br><br> We've all had amazing jobs, sorted clothes rails in a supermarket, had a girlfriend/boyfriend who broke our heart, lost our keys before going to work.<br><br> Buying clothes when we're overdrawn at the bank.<br><br> Check your passport 56 times before boarding the plane.<br><br> In short, real life.<br><br> The one that makes us human, the one that reminds us where we are but without forgetting where we come from and reminding us of the smell of basil.
