I call upon the public as witnesses and reiterate the great humanist speeches.<p> Samuel Paty has just been murdered in Conflans-Sainte-Honorine.<br><br> Stunned by the news, I call upon the spectators as witnesses to invite them to journey with me through the history of the Republic and the great humanist speeches that shaped it.<br> Therefore, I propose to the public who feel carried by these ideas of progress and justice a republican resurgence to defend the motto of the Republic: Liberty - Equality - Fraternity.<br> Great orators, from Mirabeau to Badinter, illuminate with their eloquence the struggles that have advanced humanity by denouncing fanaticism, obscurantism, withdrawal into oneself or authoritarianism.<br><br> Through well-known and lesser-known figures, viewers are taken on a journey through French history, chronologically, to better understand the context in which themes such as equality between men and women, the abolition of slavery, universal suffrage, children's rights, the fight against colonialism, free and compulsory education, secularism, the law on voluntary termination of pregnancy, and the abolition of the death penalty were addressed.</p>
