"After the Rain" resonates with striking relevance in a world where social and professional pressure is omnipresent.<div> On the rooftop terrace of a multinational corporation's building, managers, secretaries, and couriers gather to smoke cigarettes, which are forbidden by the company. The situation is one of climate change, as it hasn't rained for two years, creating a widespread drought in social, emotional, and sexual relationships.</div><div><br></div><div> In this suspended and dangerous space, a wind of revolt blows against the authoritarian institution. Each character is filled with tension and suffering, which makes them aggressive. To the verbal violence is added an urban violence that is expressed with a crash in the soundscape surrounding the stage.</div><div><br></div><div> The aim of this project is to express the impact of environmental disruptions on our societies and the need to maintain social cohesion through an original theatrical genre: dystopian comedy.</div><div><br></div>
