Conceived by Bartabas.<br> The Way of the Horsewoman Versailles Equestrian Academy - Design by Bartabas.<br> Choreographed by Bartabas and the equestriennes of the Versailles Equestrian Academy, La Voie de l'écuyère illustrates the spirit and sensitivity of the company-school which has been based for 20 years in the Great Stables of the Palace of Versailles.<br><br> Based on the transmission of knowledge, the repertoire show sees the new class of equestriennes evolve on original choreographies and revisit the emblematic tableaux that made the Versailles Equestrian Academy a success, such as the fencing on horseback, the ballet of the sorraias on long reins, or the singing carousel.<br><br> It is this artistic sensibility and constant dialogue between the arts that is evidenced by the evolving performance La Voie de l'écuyère (The Way of the Horsewoman). Every Saturday and Sunday, and on certain Wednesdays during school holidays, at the Great Stables of the Palace of Versailles, the Equestrian Academy presents La Voie de l'écuyère, choreographed by Bartabas.<br><br> The show features the new class of equestriennes performing original choreography and revisiting iconic pieces from the Academy. This unique ballet company combines classical dressage training with other artistic disciplines.<br><br> <b>Namely:</b><br> Duration approximately 1 hour, followed by a self-guided tour of the stables.
