<p>In "The Pigeon Syndrome", a lecturer turned comedian realizes that he himself is the pigeon of the year: convinced he was a skilled negotiator, he has been taken for a ride more often than he thought. But by whom?</p><p> Through absurd anecdotes, juicy memories and improvised interactions with the public, he dismantles the mechanisms that make us "easily fooled": the fear of missing out on a deal, manipulation techniques, marketing that flatters our ego, or our propensity to scam ourselves.</p><p> In a simple setting and with ambient sound, the artist alternates between sketches, improvisation, and reflection. He becomes, by turns, a stingy buyer, a dishonest seller, a clairvoyant customer, or a willing sucker. We laugh at our own mistakes. We recognize ourselves.
