From the creator of "Adieu Monsieur Haffmann" and "Le Petit Coiffeur", the play with 5 Molière Awards!<p> In 1958, in Noeux-Les-Mines, a small mining town in the North of France, Sosthène, "the life of the party and the bar philosopher", has just bought, thanks to his silicosis pension, a black and white TV.</p><p> He desperately wants to see the World Cup in Sweden, and especially young Raymond Kopa (star of the French national team and former miner from Noeux) score goals. A historic landmark due to its architecture, it was designed in the Italian style, with three curved balconies surrounding the stage.
